I’m frustrated and upset about my experience, but I’m not going to be nasty about it. I understand that dental offices get busy, and I also understand that walk-ins have to wait behind scheduled appointments. I went to Ideal Dental on a Saturday as a walk-in for a dental emergency because I had a broken tooth and was in a lot of pain. I waited a couple of hours, but eventually I had to leave because I have a 3-month-old baby at home. I don’t expect other people to coordinate with my personal responsibilities or childcare situation when I’m choosing to walk in. I completely understand that appointments come first, and I’m not upset about having to wait. Before I left, I explained to the lady that I have a baby at home, and that having a more coordinated, predictable appointment time would work better for us. She apologized and I told her I understood the situation, said “don’t worry about it,” and scheduled an appointment instead. Being a mom to a 3-month-old comes with its challenges. I have to work around his schedule and the limited times I have someone available to watch him. My mouth had already been hurting for weeks, but I was willing to wait and work around the appointmen

Dr jackson and his assistant were amazing. I've had some bad past experiences with the dentist. But dr jackson did a wonderful job. And made me feel very comfortable. I definitely recommend ideal dental.

This office is amazing!!! I came in as a walk in emergency. Can there be a wait? Yes, however they do tell you up front. The front staff are incredible! I witnessed them dealing with difficult people and they handled it with such grace. And the best, is Dr Jackson! He is attentive and truly listens to your concerns.

My mom and I had our first visit at Ideal Dental as emergency walk-ins, and the staff was absolutely incredible. My mom struggles with severe dental anxiety, but Dr. Jackson was patient, thorough, and made her feel comfortable the entire time. Marsha was also so sweet and calming. They are both the BEST! Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Thank you both for making such a stressful visit a positive experience. Five stars isn’t enough!

I was advised they have walk in hour from 9a to 11a … I arrived at 9:49 completed paperwork in my phone by 10 … it is now 12:05 and I have not been seen. I continue to ask for an estimate, I have watched the lobby empty of people that arrived before and after me, then watched them leave after their service as I continue to wait. The appointment in the currently is 12:30 and when I asked I was advised it will be awhile…. This is horrible service… I literally heard with my own ears receptionist Kenzie tell her neighbor “ I can’t with these people “. I have waited for more than 2 hours so at this point I’m invested. God only knows when I will be seen. This is horrible patient care . I feel dismissed and not valued. People should NOT use this office … had I known I would not have ever chosen to come here.
